BTV Access Corporation as BTV, Bridgewater Community Television, or Cable 9, is a non-profit enterprise dedicated to serving the Bridgewater community by providing local programming, citizen access to the local television production facilities, and the education to use those facilities.

BTV produces and broadcasts local original and bicycled programming over cable channel 9 which currently includes Bridgewater This Week, BTV Sports, Central Square, Labor Talk, and many more regularly scheduled programs. BTV also assists in providing support for the Government Access Channel 22 with town government and school committee meetings. The BTV Access Corporation is managed by a board of directors, President Paul Holmes, Vice President John Myers, Treasure Ralph Dodge, Clerk Mike Moriello, and Members Bob Ladd, Jabbar Al-Obaidi and Peter Murray.. They are responsible for the disbursement of funds, setting policies and procedures and also provide the studio building, all of the equipment (including the mobile studio), plus the employees required to fulfill their goals.

The BTV Access Corporation is funded by the Bridgewater subscribers of Comcast. A percentage of the operating income of Comcast subscription fees are earmarked to provide for operating expenses and acquisition of equipment.

The BTV Access Corporation employs four individuals begining with a Station Manager, Jeff Fowler to manage the operation, Event Coordination, and Public Relations of the studio. News Producer, Alicia Fortin is essential to the continued success of the weekly news program ''Bridgewater This Week'', from script writing, ENG field production, studio taping and packaged stories, to the editing of the final product. the weekly news program ''Bridgewater This Week''. Jason Pritchard, the studio's Associate Producer does various program editing, mobile engineering, provides basic equipment and studio maintenance, as well as all website updating. Production Assistant Ara Gelenian completes the staff as the chief videographer for Selectmen and School Committee meetings and the "SCALA" Eletronic Bulletin Board programmer. All of the staff help with training and many volunteer productions. The rest of our functions are performed by our currently active volunteers.

Through its equipment and personnel, BTV offers free training in the use and care of television equipment and opportunities members of the community to express themselves creatively and get experience in the field of television production.
